The only current affair/News show that has any credibility amongst the majority of the population is now loosing their head.

The head of the SABC's Special Assignment team has resigned from the national broadcaster because he has "lost confidence" in the organisation's leadership.

"I did not intend to resign today, but after the publication of (SABC boss Dali Mpofu's letter to Sanef), I have no other option but to offer my resignation... I take offence against a statement that the SABC is 'not prepared to associate with the enemies of our freedom and our people'."

"It is clear that the SABC has deteriorated into nothing less than a state broadcaster."

What does it take to get the comrades fired in the SABC?

Eveyone should with hold license fees.

His reasons are almost exactly those given by Max du Preez when he left / was fired.

I think Snuki and chinas will be only too happy to see the back of him

Hmm. The head of the best current affair show has morals. Guesss this had to happen at some stage.

Watch the management of SABC replace SA's head with some chap interested in the furtherance of the ANC's agendas over the truth and expect the show to retain its credibility, missing the point entirely.

I can just see the latest news segments comming out of special assignment:

"Proof found that ANC was responsible for the big bang"

"Manto only looks drunk because everyone else is sober, ANC blames unpatriotic SAB for exploiting the poor"
