Ok 2 questions:
1. can they increase my payments every year by 500 rand without notifying me?
2. i want to cancel because their annual increase was 500 bucks so if my math is correct if stay with them another 4 year my medical aid will cost me 5k a month with a 500 rand annual increase but they tell me its 3 months notice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to cancel does this sound right?
I find this shocking and am very annoyed about this not to mention spectramed's medical is based on your salary so the more you make the more you pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!
