Hey guys (and ladies
)
For the past 4 years I've reported my problem to Telkom explaining that I have slow access or speed related issues... Every time I phone they explain to me that a technician is working on it and that is every time for the past four years. I don't know what to do any more as I am so frustrated with the situation, I changed ISP thinking that it would fix the issue.
Telkom has explained to me that the exchange/dslam (whatever the box on the side of the road is called) is over loaded with users connecting, So are they really saying that for the past 4 years this issue has existed?
I'm merely asking for some assistance as to what I can do with regards to my issue as I actually want to blow the dslam/exchange up....
Edit: Oh... I'm currently on 4MB but whenever I do a speed test I get 0.4 down and 0.4 up :/
