Speed Level Up for no reason

After my debit order went through for rainone, it seems that the speed allocation has changed without my authorization. I was on the 30mbps level, but it is currently on the highest at 100+, and I have not set it to this, nor have I received any notification or email of the sudden change. Now, I have no complaints if this was given freely, but I don't want to end up paying for something I never approved in the first place. Please assist.
