If you mean 100MB, then it's an average of 666.666667 kBps. That is good for an 8Mbps line, but bad for a 1Gbps line.

good speed for what exactly? As Johnathan stated good for 8Mbps line bad for 1Gbps. you need to give us more info.

I have a 6 Mbps line but my ps4 says I'm downloading at 1.8 Mbps. I timed how long it took me for 100 MB and it was 2:30 minutes.

The 1.8Mbps is wrong (either too fast/slow, depending if you mean 1.8MB/s or 1.8Mb/s). The 2m30s sounds right though for a 6Mbps line, you are getting full throughput.

100MB devided by 150 seconds = 0.6667MB/s



There you have it.. as mentioned above you're going full blast.
