Do a speedtest here: http://www.speedtest.net/

Post the results

Log into your router and look for a page with "Attenuation", "SNR", "Transfer Rate" etc

Screenshot or copy-paste and post it here

Digital Ocean is your ISP apparently, who you are paying for your internet... Never heard of them

Go here: https://www.webafrica.co.za/home/adsl/ and select the 1gig free account, put the details into your router and run the speedtest again, post it here.

Yes, it's a 1 gigabyte capped account, will run at your full line speed

Not into online poker myself but it seems if you want to play for money it's best to use a VPN - are you sure you (or someone else) didn't set one up over Christmas ?
