Hi This ( Download Speed: 421 kbps (52.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 288 kbps (36 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 125 ms

If i put another ISP setting in my router i get just over 2mb , which is not great for a 4mb line but at least usable. MWEB also takes you up to 40 minutes to actually get hold of them . Then they schedule you help days later and forget .They are useless.
