Speed test on my internet connection

Hey everyone. I'm currently on 4 meg account with my current wisp. I dont want to complain just to complain, so pls tell me if this speed test is what it's supposed to be, or do I need to complain.

I tried to watch showmax last night, what a nightmare. I started a week ago, and it wasn't this bad. This morning I did this test, and the result is in my opinion not what I pay for. Please tell me if I'm wrong, or right?

Its about 100KB/s slow but with a wisp its not very consistent anyway.

First things first. Were there other devices on the network pulling data while you were doing the speedtest?

Hi, no I changed the wifi password, so no other devices could pull. It was extremely bad Saturday in the evening, Sunday evening it was better again, thats the way it goes all the time.
 
Even though the upload is great, almost 4mbps, the download of just over 2 will let you barely stream SD quality, if nothing else on your network does any browsing/updates/etc.
 
Ask the ISP the following.

What equipment they used for your connection.
What frequency?
What's the signal like in dB?
What are the CCQ's like?
How far is the high site from your home?

Many factors that can cause this type of behavior. Post the answers here lets have a look.
