I've got a Telkom 4mb uncapped line which was great until the upgrade - now I'm battling to stream anything at all without buffering. I generally check out www.liveleak.com which low resolution - but even that doesn't work :/

In the old days I remember a download accelerator which opened many connections or something ... and it worked when downloading HTTP. Is there something similar to get my streaming to work?
 
I noticed - but an issue doesn't last this long.

Wondering if there is any other way
 
What I usually do is check my local and international ping, using tracert this also tells me if the exchange is congested, indicated by high pings on the first hops.

However as others have pointed out TI is having issues at the moment
