A client of mine upgraded his 20/2 fibre line to 50/50 2 years ago . Afrihost say they have upgraded it and it shows in clientzone but it is still stuck on 20/2 mode . They also say that they forwarded the speed upgrade to Openserve but the line is still 20/2 .
Client has been billed for 2 years monthly for speed upgrade but line is still stuck on 20/2
It’s not the first time that I have had this problem with afrihost and I eventually gave up with afrihost and moved client to a new provider .
Does anyone have a contact at afrihost that maybe knowledgeable to resolve this issue or must client move over to another isp?
