Speed Upgrade?

I have just upgraded my 384 to 4MB and received this email from Cybersmart:

"Hi

Your 10240 Kb adsl service on telphone number 021 has been transferred to Cybersmart and you will now enjoy a saving of up to 10% on what Telkom was charging. You will no longer see a line item on your Telkom invoice saying DSL, rather Cybersmart will invoice you for this."

That 10240 Kb is that 10MB?

If so then woooohooooooo.

What is your router syncing at? It could just be telkom preparing for the upgrade and sent the wrong info in terms of the sync speed. Cause that was a automatic email.

Unfortunately I am sitting at work so will only know tonight when I get home. I suspect it is preparation for the upgrades cause I don't see why Telkom would upgrade everyone now before the World Cup when they need the bandwidth for HD transmission overseas but hey one can hope.

It's probably a blanket email to cover those customers whose lines have already been converted by Telkom...
