Speed variation

Finaly hooked up was very impressed with the speed last night but its much slower this morning,,Is there a reliable speed testing program just so i can run a few tests to make sure this is happening

ADSL's speed can vary, looks like its not prioritised during the daytime as the speed fluctuates. Remember South Africa is checking their mail in the mornings and everyone is forwarding useless chain letters so bandwidth is more NB for diginet clients.
