Speed while capped

For those of you who can still browse internationally, have a look at this:

Just amazed at the upload speed while capped.

Yeah I know, it's local, but still to an international site, quite impressive. You'll never get that upload speed through dialup.

So if you do mostly uploads, this should be a good solution.
