Is that your registration number? Paycity keeps on sending me smses for fines for cars that are not mine, registration numbers that I do not know. Even include id numbers. .. not mine. So they are simply spamming.

That paymyfines website appears to be a scam, see this thread. I received a notification sms from them too this morning.

People still pay their fines? I've stopped about 20 years ago & never had any comebacks.
Also, had a black colleague chuckle at me when e-tolls became active and the office was having a discusssion about paying/not paying. His words were "You white people talk too much about this, we black people .. if we don't agree we simply don't pay".

I stopped in 2009 when they one day decided to lower the speed limit on the highway, and started trapping in between the GFIP construction. I mean, really! METRO POLICE can go eat my turds!
In any case, I am all of a sudden hearing a lot of these stories, we also received fines addressed to unknown people, in the normal post, at my house. And the fines look like someone made them in Photoshop... there's too many inconsistencies. They honestly look like they were lashed up by a 419 scammer.
How easy is it to create a scam like this? Damn easy!

PayCity (the old payfine) is fine.
PayMyfines at TMT services site, the scum that provides services to SANRAL.
^^ this , probably 50% of the time you'll be paying for other people's fines. I only pay for spot fines finish n klaar
