No, between 105 & 109, thats the speed, not the amount you have exceeded it by. Unless there is no fine if you go less them 90km/h over the limit

If you get caught doing more than 30km/h over the speed limit in Cape Town you don't even get the option of a fine, you go straight to court.

Eh, if you pay now then you pay HALF the price. As far as giving advice, adhere to the rules as much as you can especially if there is roadworks / construction :/.

Probably similar to the retarded section of N1 going out of Cape Town past Paarden Eiland that is a four lane highway but an 80 for no good reason whatsoever.

Personally I just do 120 there like everyone else because it makes no sense. And if I ever go to court for it that will be my argument as well.
