speeding up adsl Telkom application

Does nagging telkom every couple of days to hurry up work or am i just making it worse for myself...its day 15 and every time i call they give me a different reason why its taking so long. I need ADSL now!!!

few things you could make sure of.

a)do you have a normal telephone line installed
b)payments up to date
c)ports available in exchange
d)*did you take self install / ask them to come and do it.
e)*do you have a router already
f)with your order no - go to your local telkomdirect shop and ask the people wazzup

they are supplying a router*check*
i will go and find out whats going on at telkomdirect...

There could be numerous reasons why it's taking so long....

The only other way is to fill in an application form and then hold it out the car window while you accelerate the car.
