Speedtest and PingTest

I must say, I am so disgusted with the Neotel Network the past 2 weeks.
I am in Rooihuiskraal Centurion and this tower is so overloaded in cannot even compare to a dailup modem.
Download Speed: 80 kbps (10 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 108 kbps (13.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

It has been getting worse and worse over the past 2 weeks.
Just wish some idiot will say.. sorry sir... we cannot sell you a package anymore for the are until further notice...
I am not even getting close to the promised 700kbs for the past 4 months.

Lol i actually was playing cod last night on my ps3, it works brilliantly when playing with local peeps. I guess they had some problems on those PN's, cos they went down and now theyre back up.
