Well testing within Africa I would not consider as international. 70ms odd is impossible from sa to europe/asia/usa due to the distance of the undersea cables.

What about Namibia etc? Maybe a speedtest is located in Limpopo

If the ping you are referring to is via speedtest, make sure that you use a Telkom SAIX server as you may get an incorrect reading.

Rather use a tracert

Does not have to be fake just because that is a lower than normal ping.

We do not know where that server is located.

That speedtest was done on the mybb version and if im not mistaken their test server is in London. Perhaps uncle Rpm could enlighten us on the server location . I stand to be corrected

Now check out my speed that we currently have in Mandini.

Telkom refuses to admit that there is a problem. They just say it is congestion and that they have no set plans to attend to the problem.

This is so frustrating. To just complete the speed test took me an hour. And this is at my place of work! How must a business function with this?
