spice rack hung on door

we're looking for a spice rack that we can hook on the inside of our cupboard door in the kitchen. for some reason the people who built our complex thought having about 14cm of empty space between the door and shelves would be rad.

Just make it yourself....

In our previous place the carpenter built the 1 kitchen cupboard with slightly shorter shevles and then made a spice rack and stuck it inside the door. Granted he did not waste 14cm. He designed/built the cupboard to accomodate the rack.

When we moved there was space in the one cupboard to place the rack, so I took it. Was made from masonite and pine bits

You could get builders, maybe buco, to cut the wood to your measurements. Then you assemble at home...

some shower racks might be a good fit for this and would look pretty nice in stainless/coated steel

So do most of the herbs.
Have spare refill bbq box
Currently growing fresh herbs, will try dry them then refill bottles, there's not always time to collect fresh herbs before cooking and later it's dark in that area due to no lights, so very difficult then.

this looks like it might work. having a look through their catalog now, and also, to quote my son, "oh. my. GOSH!" there's a gelmar near us, so i think i'll take my wife with me to go have a look. i think they might have something(s) we could use.

bought a spice rack at gelmar this morning. mounted it on the wall and my wife puts one bottle in. "didn't fall down".

we also bought a couple racks that have arms that hook onto a shelf above it. gave us a bit of extra space now.
