Spider bite?

After working in the garden yesterday, I felt something on my leg. As on the pic, but white in the middle. The white came out, and I took the pic this morning. Is this a spider bite. I feel a slight fever today. And if a spider, which one. 20180218_101557.jpg
 
The redness around it COULD indicate infection so do what's been suggested and see a doctor.
 
Wasn't there another post recently of someone also having a spider bite and left it for 3 days until the pain became so bad he eventually went to the doctor. I think they had to cut his chest open to drain the puss and cut away the infected flesh. You don't want to wait too long to see a doctor.

Don't know about cutting chest open, but Mortymoose had a instance like this.
 
No need to amputate - the leg will fall off on it's own.

Seriously just go to a doctor
 
Question was for mortymoose. I did Google for images but nothing matches. Would like to know who did it.
