Spider bites! (Warning! not graphic!).

Imagine being mauled and gnawed by a Hippo…

We still have malaria… and other diseases.

Elephants… Crocodiles… Snakes…

THE CAPE BUFFALO ACCOUNTED TO A NEAR 200 HUMAN DEATHS IN ONE YEAR… Not to mention that they seek out and kill lion cubs.

And then mr. Rhino…

Sharks are the last thing on my mind.

Spiders have the ability to appear and disappear within seconds that is why I don’t like them. People should check a toilet properly when taking a nr. 2, you never know what is hiding in proximity.

Any creature found within the confines of my home displaying fewer than 2, or more than 4 legs, shall be put to death !
 
Anybody else shake out their shoes in the morning before putting them on (I normally hit them against the bed)? Something I've been doing since I was a kid hearing a story about spiders hiding out in your footwear.

When you go camping the danger is more often that scorpions might hide in your shoes.

well in SA spider bites that are fatal are very rare. Violin spiders are usually in dark isolated places if im not mistaken.

Ive encountered a couple of spider bites in practice around 3 (that i was able to recognize at least). They looked horrible but werent damaging.

When sharks start hiding in our shoes and window-sills is when I'll be more concerned about sharks than spiders...

Also, 4 spider bites per year is not true, unless you mean fatal bites? Which still makes your statement false.

No, that is verified spider bites in south africa, not "an itch It musta been a spida"
 
Found a SAC spider crawling on my Stomach. Sent him into orbit at the speed of sound. Was a R5 coin size. What the hell is going on in the world....
