Spider classification

Hey all,

I stumbled upon this spider the other day, and was wondering if anyone knows what it is and if i'd keel over if bitten?

It looks like a Nephila sp. spider, basically a harmless orb-web spider. If it bites you it would probably hurt like a mother, but it isn't poisonous. Some swelling redness etc. The bigger species can actually leave a scar if they bite you due to the size of the chelicera. Great spiders to have in the garden btw.
