Spiros Nikolakopoulos is Vice President and General Manager of the International Retail Distribution markets at Motorola Mobility and heads its mobile devices business across the Middle East and Africa, South Asia, South Pacific, Korea and Japan. In this role, he oversees market strategy, sales and operations to ensure the success and growth of the mobile devices business in these markets. Spiros is based in Singapore.
With over 25 years successful experience in the complex and competitive telecommunications market, Spiros has been able to develop and implement profitable growth strategies based on multiple business activities across a broad range of customers and markets. He has a demonstrated track record in delivering profitable business results in a wide range of organisations from large corporations with annual revenues of $1B to small and medium enterprises.
Spiros has held various business and management roles at Motorola, including Managing Director of Motorola Australia and Director of Business Development at Motorola Singapore. Prior to joining Motorola, Spiros has held management roles at other organizations in Australia, devising and implementing growth strategies that delivered substantial and sustainable business performance.
Spiros holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) degree from Monash University in Melbourne Australia.
