Splinter Cell Conviction No Access to Ubisoft Server

Hi Ppl

I am the not so proud owner of Splinter Cell Conviction! I bought Splinter Cell Conviction Special Edition on Friday April 30th. The one with the cool Figurine and exclusive content but i have not once been able to access the ubisoft server to redeem my code. Not only that but i am continously being DCed from the server while playing. I have a 4mb ADSL account so not sure what the problem is.

Is anyone out there playing the game without any problems? Or should i just install the crack that i have found floating around on the net.

If you had downloaded it then different story, but I don't see a problem with cracking a game you bought

Had exactly the same problems. Actually managed to finish the game even with all the disconnects.

Like XineoX says........ crack it. You won't be able to use get your exclusive content tho.

Bought the game as well last Friday, been using the crack myself as the pausing of connection interrupted didn't really float my boat. I can access the Ubisoft Server, sometimes it doesn't want to connect, but after at least 2 tries it does go in. Managed to access the Friends feature as well, added a clan member of mine and we played some awesome coop games yesterday.

I haven't redeemed my code yet for the SPAS 12 shotgun, however, I did unlock all 3 available DLC (2 guns + armour) that was available from the Extras menu, plus I used my Uplay points I accumulated to even unlock the Free Infiltration points, all by using the crack with my original copy.
