Split air conditioning recommendations

I'm looking to get a split air conditioner for my lounge which is 21square meters I know I need a 12000BTU unit. What air con do you use which do you recommend? Any tips before purchasing? Thanks in advance!

The figures that the installer quote is under ideal circumstances.
You need to consider the alignment of your room(East - West). Does it get lots of morning or afternoon sunlight ? Does it have large windows ? Do you have insulation in the ceiling ?
I would recommend that you go one size up to 18000 BTU. In the long run it will save you power as the compressor does not work as hard, and switches less.
The Samsung Inverter type is highly regarded.

Get the inverter type, best is Panasonic, pricey though, Daiken is next in line and can be bought for Samsung price.
