Split second power outages

this happened yesterday and all house hold appliances like tv, router, fridges switched off and then on for a split of second.
I went to check my main connection box and all seems right. so is this eskom that screwing up our electrical appliances?

Have had the same issue in Roodepoort, goes off and back on in seconds. not sure what the f*&.. they up too.

I have had this a few times before, lights flash on/off in an instant, pc power supply seems to handle the flutter as the pc stays on.

Happened in Centurion yesterday. Fortunately I have UPS's on all computers, printers and TV/decoder.

i also had a 0.02 second power dip

come to think about it - its happening all the time at roughly 50 times a second

Happens at my house too, northern suburbs Cape Town. I can hear my prepaid box beep and the lights flicker.
