Splitting international and local traffic

I have the Telkom Mega 100WR2 router.

I am using it in bridge mode between 2 pc's. Each have their own PPPoE connection.. I have read a thread about this but it died without much help.

I want to split international and local traffic on my router.. Please help me.

PS: I am using Vista and from what I can gather RouteSentry doesn't have a version that works with Vista:?
