Spoof emails - Cool Ideas

so i currently have my business and personal domains hosted with cool ideas.

the amount of spam and spoofing i am getting is insane.
rubbish that is apparently being send from myself and others.

the back end is not that helpful.
if i raise the spam email filter it starts marking actual emails as spam.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Ask cool ideas to implement SPF on your domains.

However it's still dependent on the recipient mailserver to verify that the sender is legit.

Nope it's not a hosting problem. Smtp is trivial to spoof and doesn't have to touch your provider at all.
