Spoofed mail? Help please.

Seems like a user had a virus that handed out our company's contact directory.

Now we are receiving spam that is addressed from the user to the user. Spoofed mail. PLEASE BUY YOUR VIAGRA FROM US
How do I stop this. We have to many users to change all the addresses. I have tried trigger words but the buggers are soooo clever, and it just keep on coming

This should be dealt with server - side, but there is anti - spam plugins you can use for the popular mail clients. Do you all use the same e - mail client?
