lol, i love naming charecters something south african, and then getting the random whispers in afrikaans from some dude in Gauteng or something lol.

Made a rouge name Telskum.... played about a day before i got my first whisper... and then deleted it because i didnt want ppl thinking i was like them =p
 
I played with this guy the other day for a couple of group quests, and we spoke to each other in our best english, after about 2 hours i asked him where he was from, no he is from sa - the dude lives about 2kms from me.

Then another story - wating for a guy to re-spawn in netherstrom and my mate and I are just standing around w8ing, so this other guy joins us, i /s and ask if he wants to join us for the quest, and he answer no thanx, so i /s again and says - f0kof dan - guess what, this guy is from sa, and he also knows a couple of afrikaans words.

Its like riding in the tube in london, watch what you say, more saffers out there than what you would think.
 
often with groups I'll throw in a bit of afrikaans just in case someone is from SA. Met a couple here on Ahn'Qiraj.
Even got a one alt called p*esklap. wonder how long he will last. :P
 
I've met a few Saffers in Battlegrounds thanks to my guild name.
