Spotify testing more expensive prices

Spotify Technology SA plans to sell a more expensive version of its music service in Scandinavia, a test to see whether it can raise prices around the world, according to people familiar with the matter.

Spotify will raise the price of its family plan by about 13%, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the increase hasn’t been announced.

If they do decide to do that, I will definitely be cancelling.

I would move to YouTube premium, which also give me Google Play Music

They can get fsckd for being greedy

I tried Spotify for less than a month and they don't come close to what I want to listen to. I was looking for a specific version of a song and found that it was listed but unavailable, now why would they do that.
I prefer my researched music, way better.

Check the article?
Spotify will raise the price of its family plan by about 13%
Which we do not have in RSA
Spotify has also tested a plan called Premium Duo
Which we also don't have

Which is why I said IF
No indication of a general increase was given.

Which means either you didn't read up, responded to the title, or simply referred to their normal/current offerings (excluded in the original post and article).

In any case, I suppose I could have gone with just '...'

Cheers.
