Are you Frikken crazy!!!

I started up the solar heating again mid August and got the water up to a considerably more reasonably 19 degrees, but 2 cold fronts later we're back down to 13. But a deal is a deal. We're also not allowed to touch the water before hand, have to jump straight in, do 2 laps and then only get out.

I've got a deal with my sister and brother in law that we all have to swim today at 1pm. Currently the water is a comfortable 13 degrees.

Turns out 13 degrees Celsius is in fact not the ideal swimming temperature, I honestly can't recommend it! But all 3 of us went through with is so deal done
