In the Namibian desert...
I have followed Blitzbok rugby for about six years now and was initially pissed off that I could not make the annual pilgrimage down to Cape Town to watch me team due to the stupid ticket fiasco.

In all honesty after watching their performance I was relieved that I had not wasted my money.

Last night I was in two states of mind on wether I should load my obese body with coffee and do a night vigil to watch the lads perform in Las Vegas, which happens to be my fav location for the 7's , The Sam stadium reminding me of my neighbouring town of Rosh Pinah.
But....
That draw against Chile ( pronounced Chilly) bothered me and I decided against it...

Only to watch to highlights against England and then the USA.

The USA being my 3rd fav team after the Boks and Ecosse.

But my word, what has become of the once umtouchable Boks, what an utter disappointment to watch.

Surely we cannot claim that after Senatla and Kwagga departed the team lost it's stars?

Is it time for Neil to step down?

Gee! This just sucks and what became a series I would look immensley forward to is now a mere hiccup on the weekend calendar ..

We have not only lost Senatla and Kwagga but also Specman permanently, we have also lost some major players due to injury.

Also Neil decided to take a youthful and "development" team to the US.

Only Philip, Branco, Justin and Werner are old, experienced hands, while we have some debuts and other youngsters.

There are 6 guys in this team with only 22 tournaments between them...
