Springbok XV Vs 'Namibia' XV.

I don't understand how they can not broadcast it ............ unless Snorr is getting paranoid and doesn't want the B&I Lions to get wind of his tricks :rolleyes:
 
Dunno about it being on the telly, still can't find anywhere where it says as much but kick off is at 7pm SA time.
 
I went through all the papers too. No mention of the game. Only games are french league, a Lions game and of course Super14 final.

I think because it's not an official Bok game (they're being called the SA XV) and more of a warm-up session (with SARU picking some of the "Namibia" invitational team players too e.g. Derrick Hougaard). It's a bit worrying since the Boks don't have any other warm up games planned where ALL the official players will play before the Lions game.

The Bulls players aren't playing anyway so even if it was televised we wouldn't learn much from it. Its more for PdV to check out fringe players
 
The reviews for the game don't seem positive though despite the score. :(

It works for the Beast coz it's (or was) unique in rugby but I guess SA football has passed on a little trick to SA rugby huh? Hugely ironic that it's the Bulls supporters who seem to have copied it! Who woulda thought:rolleyes::rolleyes:
