SP's Don't know what EDGE is

Maybe MTNBB can respond.

MTNSP has no idea what the Datalive bundles are, in fact I was told by a supervisor at the MTN SP helpdesk that the bundles are part of BlackBerry and told to contact 1555 for information.

It has now emerged that MTN SP don't even have the option to add the packages to an account and the old ones were also removed.

the first time I called they thaught I was talking about SMS bundles!

Is this poor communication or just bad service from the SP's?

MTN has flunked the test! They have had more than 4 months more than Vodacom and they are in chaos!

They dont know what EDGE is because it will only be launched in JUNE......Or it looks like Vodacom has the EDGE over MTN by launching 3g

I confirmed with MTN SP technical staff, the launch is today...
