Spur customer left traumatised after 'robbery'

So not only do you have to put up with their schit food but some idiot decides to stage a robbery :wtf:

I trust the media and the law will burn Spur to the ground. The owner and those responsible must be sued, big payday for the customers.

I hope the people who got pointed by the 'robbers' also open criminal charges for illegal pointing of a fire-arm. Besides, hope that those traumatized sues the group and get a lot of money from them. This manager must be fired, never employed by any company again and end up a hobo.

As if listening to them singing happy birthday to kids wasn't traumatising enough.

If they had to "test" the staff, couldn't they have done it while there were no customers, arranged to open the restaurant later or something? Then again, what if one of the staff members had a gun and weren't afraid to use it?
