i laughed at the way he stood back when she got up after the PK threat. almost as if he didn't expect her to. i think he was expecting a PK to come his way :D

jstrike reminds of childhood days when one get those kids that cause **** everywhere then say they will sue if anything is done to them.

My parents weren't that litigious unfortunately :)
I, however, don't suffer from the same hesitancy.

He is used to his female companions cowering when he threatens them with a PK. This uppity bitch didn't which caught him off guard

He was a muscle bound jackass and was being threatening. So I made some comments until it escalated.
Settled out of court.

Previous one is a bit more private. Both were quite a long time ago.
I tend to not be in areas where those types hang out anymore

Fair enough.
People should sue more often. Would make people think twice about their actions.
And it would encourage parents to teach their kids to keep their hands to themselves

Unfortunately to sue costs money. Much more money than 90% of this population has to throw away.

yeah i get what you are saying, but this also has a negative effect on society don't you think? it distances everyone from one another, in fear of stepping on someones toes.

you would want to believe the law will sort it out, in reality all you need is the better lawyer.

Anyway, a sue happy society....pathetic. Eventually people will stop interacting for fear of offending or getting into an argument and ending up in court :rolleyes:
