In my experience, the person who gets continuously bullied is generally the one to pick up a brick, as they tend to feel powerless.
Bullies are generally good with just their hands.
Either way, those look like two kids that need to learn that bullying and responding to bullying in a physical fashion will get them nowhere.

Off topic, but that is one case where I would go to the school to beat someone up. That kid could have been gravely injured!!!
Haha.. ok at least we agree on something. That was very dangerous. Hope the kid gets expelled.
