You are missing the fact that there are many posts is this thread saying that it's quite clear that this guy has aggression or anger issues. That's what most people has a problem with. Not his skin colour. The fact that this is now being confirmed just shows that those that could see it from the video was right.

Short version, he is a bully and now we can also see a woman beater. If he could he would have beaten that lady up, that is now becoming quite clear.

Case in point. I'm not defending the scumbag, I'm being critical of the punishment that should have either been handed down to both parties, or not handed out at all. I don't care about either party, I care about the merits of the case

You are basing your case on the apriori assumption that the guy is a wife beater in the first place.

It is sad and tragic when woman withdraw cases, but you cannot judge people on accusations. You have absolutely no evidence whatsoever in that her withdrawals were valid or not.

This is why we have this evil and oppressive thing called being innocent until proven guilty.

I know it hurts, but society doesn't function in your twisted world where justice treats all parties as guilty until proven innocent.

Here is a man with a record of violence and cases of abuse against woman.

There's a video of this man, getting physical with a child who is not his and a woman by lifting a table and threatening her physically, trying to intimidate her physically.

You, genius that you are, deduce from the facts at hand that he was banned because his daughter was bullied? Where is the evidence of this? Oh right, you have none and choose to fabricate a story you can not verify or can't even say you have some kind of evidence for. Oh, so then Spur decided to side with "the black community" because this is how it works in your tiny brain right? Black vs White, that's all it boils down to. pay attention to the wife.

that moment where he slams the table.
look at her reaction.
look at the reaction of other people.

when you have done that come back here and tell me he does not beat her.

also, go read the thing again. one of the assault cases are for beating his wife in PUBLIC.

while I do agree, we need to prove guilt first, in this case it is pretty clear he is a tool bag that deserves no sympathy from anyone, for anything. him, and other people like him needs to be completely removed from society, as they are literally breeding this culture of spousal abuse into future generations.

what we really need is just a complete exterminatus of planet earth, but we cant be lucky enough to get that.

4 cases withdrawn by the victim, including the public assult charge.

he is not innocent, and it is clear as day. go watch the wife's reaction, she is a beaten women, and you can see it from a mile away.

She didn't "create" anything, she reacted to a savage grabbing a child in her care violently, she stood up to a bully, a man with a history of violence against woman.

This forum really gives me so much insight into the mind of the average, sleeper racist in this country. Racism that runs so deep, we don't see people, only clashes between black and white, it's pathetic.
