- Solution development in accordance to departmental System Development Life Cycle / Release and Deployment Management
- Preventative System maintenance
- Execute solution delivery in accordance with customer requirements
- Provide Cherwell System Support
- Develop and deliver software requirements as detailed by the BA
- On site presentation when taking the client live
- Provide End Users with Cherwell System training
- Assist developers with any technical difficulties and development
- Product specialist
- Direct changes during and after projects to the PM
- User and Admin training
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- 3 - 5 Years Software Development
- Cherwell development (Advantageous)
- HP Service Manager
- Service Now
- Remedy
- HEAT
- CA Unicenter
- Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Presentation Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- ITIL Experience/ Knowledge
- Understanding of the Service Desk Environment
- MS SQL Experience / Knowledge (Must have)
