Discrimination on any level is against the law is it not?

Sue me.

Everyone could reach 30. They're not just there yet. So applicants just have to wait until applying. I didn't put a time limit. That is not discriminatory to tell a 28 year old to wait 2 years before applying

BTW I often get jobs from recruiters in my email where the requirement is younger than 35. That is discriminatory as I cannot time travel to the past.

If I wanted to, I probably could..

I don't mind excluding age. Just want someone with solid experience and not get bombarded with PMs from people who have no work experience in SQL Server

Then state the amount of years experience. I know some guys who have been doing this since they're 22, which over qualifies them for the position you posted by the time they're 28/30. It does sound like you're discriminating

OK age removed as the company is just looking for someone who has the skills.

I just posted an age as in the past I have posted a position on this mybb sub forum and gotten a 50 applications from twenties year olds that have never had a job despite me posting all the work experience requirements.

I dont think i want to work for your company at all.
I'm not a manager and ther person will not be working directly with me. I was asked if I know a SQL DBA. Just thought I'd post here if someone would not want to go through a middleman recruiter. Pay if forward.

Then highlight the part that says you need 4+ years of SQL Server skills?

I happen to be in my mid 20s with 5 years of experience with SQL server and even more with other aspects of Microsoft server infrastructure.
