If you use any of these, please pay for them. I've seen a bunch of businesses that charge a lot for their services, but then have a banner at the bottom about "build your own free website". Creates a really bad impression.

I think Squarespace don't have free plans.

Had a trial website there about a year ago. One of the best, especially for people with portfolios, like photographers, architects, etc.
