My hosting (Cybersmart) and my ssl provider (Domains.co.za) is leading me in ****ing circles.

Doamins give me data that I send to Cybersmart, then they say something is wrong. Specifically the private key.

I get two things from Geotrust. The Web Server CERTIFICATE & INTERMEDIATE CA.

What am I missing here. This isn't good for my health.

It's likely the certificate file you received contains the private key.

Please can you PM me your account details and/or ticket number so I can take a look on this side and get someone to assist you with this.

Certificates, depending on who they are signed by have a root certificates, intermediate certificates and your SSL certificate.
This forms a certificate chain which is used for authenticating an SSL which is signed with an intermediate certificate.

It's working now, after not sending them anything new. I believe it was an error from Cybersmart's side.
