This is for any Broadcom-based modems (DSL-2750u in this case). Note that I am not saying this is a perfect solution... It has to be changed every time your line disconnects or re-synchs, or every time your router reboots/powers down.
Steps:
Remember, it will change every time the router loses synch. That means power loss, rebooting, line errors etc.
Could probably write a script to do this automatically for you.

Steps:
- Enable telnet client

- Go into command prompt and type telnet 10.0.0.2. Log in as admin

- Enter adsl configure --snr x where x is the % SNR you want to change. I.e. a value of 200 will change an SNR of 6dB to 12dB, and a value of 50 will change from 16dB to 8dB.
