Load shedding stops at 6am tomorrow morning.

Then it starts again at 9am until 6am Tuesday morning.

This cycle continuous until Thursday morning 6am.

Looks like they are trying to give everyone a break during peak hours in the mornings between 6 and 9.
Yeah - they made it a bit clearer in a tweet -

Stage 2 rotational loadshedding will continue from 09:00 tomorrow until Thursday at 06:00, with respite between 06:00 to 09:00 each day, when possible

Yet forgetting the peak traffic hours for getting home??

They already have supermarkets with melted frozen goods just being refrozen again and water outages .... what more can this bring. But hey, make another braai or use the telly with a battery, it's all good

This. Had a disgusting milkshake at my local pizza place. Never again. Ice cream machines are also a no-go IMO. Sam & Ella approved.

South Africans will have to contend with rotational power cuts until Thursday morning, Eskom announced on Sunday evening.

Eskom said that stage 2 load shedding would continue until 6am on Monday. Rolling blackouts would then resume at 9am.

Linky

The break between 6am and 9am is an effort to minimise the impact on traffic.

...thereafter we do not give shyte about you!

Dear MyBroadband,

Who writes the article headlines? Perhaps, I should ask, who allows the headlines? Is it the noob who thinks it will rake in more bonus points come performance review time or is this the new way of clickbaiting readers?

The MyBroadband I knew would not have done this :(

It's fake news. 100%.

'trusted' in tech.

No LS here in sector 11.. was meant to start at 4am...

Maybe ( likely ) someone was too lazy to wake up from his paid sleep and hit the off button.

Not complaining tho.

The power is definitely off in Zone 11 Kenilworth, CT. The SunMet was on at the Racecourse on Sat 1st, so specific areas were excluded this weekend. This may be relevant to your case.
