So, having been badly burnt by Celsius' nonsense then going completely off-exchange using only my brand new hardware wallet I've finally ventured into yield generating again, this time only DeFi style
a bit of stETH here, some ATOM there, small amounts, nice yield nothing I'll cry over if it goes the way of Celsius/Voyager/3AC/Terra/Vauld ... (also sticking only with things that can be directly staked with a Ledger wallet)
just can't seem to get DOT going, bonding/unbonding can take almost a month, but nominating validators seems like nothing more than a roll of the dice
followed instructions to find "legit" already elected validators e.g.
but no, multiple days pass and f-all active validators, most even end up not being elected and one was even no longer a validator
tried nominating twice, same nonsense result
so ... anyone have experience in staking DOT successfully i.e. getting active validators nominated and actually generating yield?
