Any ideas for where I can get one?
Not a frother, a steamer. Without the espresso machine attached.

Would have suggested a Nespresso frother, but I guess you don't want that?

Works quite nicely.

I have one. I still prefer steamed milk.

The bean-to-cup machine we're currently using has a pretty useless frother wand (I am not going to call it a steamer) which has never really worked well, even after being sent for repairs. We use the Nespresso frother currently, but it doesn't develop the sweetness you get from steamed milk.

I have considered getting out my espresso machine to just use the steamer, but that's a lot of counter space to just use a tiny part of that machine. Hoping a stand-alone option is possible (in SA).

It is not a very common appliance, I also looked into it because of the poor steam wand on my bean to cup machine. I haven't come across any sensible options, best bet would be to get a decent espresso machine with a good steam wand.

Thanks. My searches have also not yielded much.

The Severin Induction Milk Frother is the best little addition we made.

And it makes a mean hot chocolote as well :)

Bought ours from Cape Coffee Beans.

Have frother, looking for steamer :)

Why can't you just drink normal coffee like normal people :p

Do you think you're normal?? :erm:
