My wife bank's with SBSA, she says she normally logs in with her password, but recently it started to ask her for an OTP as well.

Everyone else experiencing this as well?
 
I have received an OTP to logon to SBSA internet banking before.
 
For payments and instant money yes. Been a while.

After logging in would be the same as new internet banking to mark the device.

No no. It's asking for an OTP at time login.

1. Open app.
2. Password
3. OTP please
4. Wait for email
5. Enter OTP
6. Login completed.

Yes. And it will do that once off to register the device and not appear for a while. If it does do it repeatedly, something must be wrong.

It will do it repeatedly when there's issues with Internet Banking, like on Thursday morning. But generally also happens at the end/start of a new month. So it's not an indication that something is wrong on the client side unless it goes on for days.
 
It happens when I login from another PC. Not sure if they detect a certain IP range.
 
It does that randomly sometimes, I always use my tablet to log on, some days it goes through but sometimes it will ask for the OTP.
