Been with standard Bank for 4 years and have never had issues, other than the month end broken app, which surprisingly wasn't an issue last month..

Support has also been good, with my queries resolved first time I call them every time..

Thanks. Tried it and got somewhere only after rebooting. Stuck on the registration now - can't get pass - asks for card nr and pin (although the heading says reset Standard Bank ID password).
Later on, re-installed app and we back to square one.

Rooted or custom ROM?
I had this back in the day on a custom ROM
 
Tried app again this morning, and it's working :D . I didn't do anything. There was no update from Google Play and it does look like an updated version of the app (dashboard has extra icons at the top) :unsure:

Did you have to go through that "reset sign in method" step?
 
Standard bank is beyond bad. Also... branch... I have never has so much issues with a bank than with them and it's 2 hours each time for in branch.

You can do almost nothing on the app and it locks you out randomly and then you need to reset your card pin in branch.

rediculous bank, but my bond is with them for now so meh.

Got me by the balls

Huh? What does card pin has to do with the app? I have never had issues with them until now and I have definitely never had app issues that requires me to reset my card pin.

There's a new update available, it must have been updated after Tuesday . I installed it about an hour ago and my banking app is working again.

It's also finally working after uninstalling and installing the app again, not even a "sorry" from Standard Bank.
