Standard Bank Business Online - Java application is too small to read

Help Please. On a Client's computer, when we open the Business Online Java App, the writing is too small, and the entire app windows is tiny. Like about 3 cms wide.
I have checked that he has the latest version of Java, and I cleared both the Java cache and the Internet cache.
He has tried re-installing it. It is only happening on this one Dell computer.
How do we get the app back to normal size?

I can log onto his PC with TeamViewer.

Yes, one of the first things I tried. I guess it's not actually a web window, but an actual applet. Thanks.

Has here been a solution to this as yet?
I am experiencing the same problem, I have tried to lower the screen resolution but still no luck.
Client is using an Asus Zenbook
